« Overall the house was perfect for family. The kids spent most of their time downstairs while adults and big kids hung out upstairs. The large deck and large table inside was perfect for family style meals and everything was accurate to the listing. Property Manager was quick with responses and when we had a minor plumbing issue, it was remedied quickly. Great location in the mountains and nearby the lake. »

My only suggestion would be to put bigger TVs in the bedroom. When I’m away I like to relax and watch tv and the TVs in the bedroom are like the size of an iPad on the wall which makes it really hard to watch…. Besides that everything was perfect. »

We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again. »
