« We very much enjoyed our three-night stay at this well-kept property. The large deck gets lovely sunlight in the morning AND afternoon! The location was convenient to many great restaurants and the boat ramp for launching our power boat. When we had a question about something in the house, the provided phone number was answered by a human right away! The dock was sturdy and in good repair. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again! »

« The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred. »

« If you’re looking for a top-notch place to stay in Vernon Township, Highland Lakes area of New Jersey look no further. This is a perfect little spot. The owners are super easy to work with and extremely nice. The fact that they allow dogs here really is amazing and very helpful to anyone who is a dog lover and who might be traveling with dogs. Jose and his wife were very accommodating yet left you alone and gave you privacy. The only thing I would suggest is to put a “full length mirror”...

« The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet and relaxing. The hosts were amazing, welcoming and very responsive, they were welling to help us at all times and they may made sure the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. « We had (4 adults) family from NJ, NH and MI come in for a long weekend to visit family who live on the other side of Greenwood Lake. We had a terrific time! The house is comfortable, cozy and well appointed. We spent a great deal of time on the deck lounging and eating. It was fabulous to have the grill and the gas fire table. « We came for 1 night on a weeknight, the room itself was fine but the next door neighbors (shared wall) were extremely loud (shouting after midnight) and smoking weed, which made our room smell. Would not recommend »
