Hotel Lake Huntington

« Rooms are small and quirky and have a lovely view of the lush meadow. The owners are very friendly and let us pet their cats. Air conditioning unit worked well. Parking was a breeze. The Manor is very quiet at night, you can hear your neighbors creaking down the hallway so it doesn't offer a feeling of privacy. It's a nice safe haven in a beautiful area. »

« Horrible stay. Pictures showed a room with 2 queen beds and all there was was 1 full size bed. The place was nasty. The lights did not work. Expedia customer service was no help. Got taken to the cleaners and paid $310 for the room. Called Expedia to get a refund and the would not help. I will think twice about using Expedia again. Don’t stay here!! Terrible customer service. »

« Bathroom door couldn't close and couldn't utilize shower or tub due to the height of threshold into the bath tub. Will not visit again not the city of hawley. Am notifying all my constituents to avoid hawley arrive at 524pm and have parking ticket by 526pm. Charge 10 dollars we will visit elsewhere now for our business. »

« The stay did not start well as there was no record of my reservation. I don't know if there was a communication problem between Expedia and the "resort" or if there was internal miscommunication. None the less, the room that I reserved was not available. Thankfully they had a different accommodation available. The cabin was acceptable, but I can not give an excellent review because the sheets were wrinkled and the towels were a synthetic fabric. I guess I am spoiled because in Europe,...

« It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying »
