« This place was dirty when we checked in. I contacted the host with photos and videos of all the mess. The host had delayed responses and did nothing to fix the situation immediately. I had to drive down to the store to get my own cleaning supplies because I felt very uncomfortable eventually realizing that there had been no proper cleaning done to the house after the last guests had checked out and before we checked in. « The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered.
