„das beste Hotel unserer Rundreise. Einziger Haken, dass im Außenpool kein Wasser, wegen Renovierung, war!“

„Sehr sauber. Super freundliches Personal“

„Booked this room last minute. I got a one bedroom room with two kings. Perfect for me and my adult daughter. Brian at the front desk was BEYOND helpful and friendly. Really appreciated him. Quality customer service is so hard to find these days, and this place has it! The room was clean. A tv in each room. Walking distance to the outlets and dining. Worth it.“

„Reasonably nice room at a fair price.“

„Very friendly and accommodating owner“

„Small room with simple full size bed and bathroom, Clean sheets, cozy pillows, and warm fleeced blankets. Clean towels, soap, and toilet paper. Excellent heat warmed our room that cold night. 2 issues was low water pressure from shower head and hot water took a while to come out. Overall, great for a one nite stay. Pleased that the place was well luminated at night. Will reserve again.“

„Breakfast was supposed to be included. closet door off track cockroach in bathroom. Workers blocking entry to hotel and loud clanging of extension ladders being moved or taken down.“

„Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt jedoch nach Newport mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten “

„We stayed at the Birches Motel over the weekend since we were visiting Skidmore College and were looking for a more affordable option that was still close to Saratoga Springs and would be comfortable and clean. We were not disappointed at all and really enjoyed out stay! The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, the staff were very helpful in adding new breakfast cards each morning. The location is excellent (only about a 10-minute drive into town) and we would definitely stay here again!“

„Proximity to Lake and town! A+“

„Great staff“

„If you read this and still book, what happens next is your fault. WORST PLACE I've ever seen. Homeless people are living there. Our door had clearly been kicked in. Bugs. Manager Admitted to roches. Why Expedia would post this slum makes me not want to trust Expedia again.“

„It was a pleasant stay. A Super8 which actually looks like that it runs on a family business but this small detail makes the positive extra! The room is a classic super8 but added with small interior details which makes the difference and you will feel like coming home. Same for the motel area, 2 super cute fire places, a lovely kids playground, wood bears for the right feeling, a super clean pool area and offcourse enough parking lits for free. Thumbs up and we will come back. Many thanks“

„CLEAN & comfortable!“

„DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! This property is currently CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. I had a similar disaster experience as others who recently reviewed this property. I booked over two months before my arrival via Hotels.com. The day before my arrival, I received a message from the property via the Hotels.com app with check-in instructions, including a number to call for arrival after 11pm. I replied to let them know I planned to arrive around 10pm. I arrived at 9:50pm to a completely empty parking lot ...
