„Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple ...

„Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.“

„My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there“

„Everything was amazing...the property was as described. The host and property manager were very approachable and responded quickly when needed. Fanny, the property manager is a treasure! We felt very comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I'd say would be to provide a light for the backyard area. „The entire second floor is being renovated but the desk clerk sent us there anyway. The room smelled of mildew, the curtain wouldn't draw and the A/C wouldn't work. We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK. “
