Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. »

« Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. « This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. »
