Equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms including 2 KING beds & 1 Queen. Fully fenced-in backyard with seating and fire pit. Your family will enjoy the comfort of this luxury home in the heart of Lake Worth. Centrally located between West Palm and Delray.

    This beautiful new construction cottage is a fully equipped “Home Away From Home”. The entire house will sleep 6 people comfortably, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

    BEDROOMS: The house 3 separate bedrooms.

    Master bedroom: The room comes furnished with a very comfortable KING size bed, 2 nightstands, and a large closet.

    Bedroom 2: This bedroom also comes with a KING size bed, 2 nightstands, and a very large closet to store your belongings.

    Bedroom 3: This cute boho bedroom has a QUEEN day bed along with a desk if you need to work while you’re here. If you are traveling with children, in the closet you will find a pack n’ play as well.

    BATHROOMS: The house has 2 full bathrooms. They are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, shampoo, soap, conditioner, hairdryers, and first aid products.

    LIVING ROOM: One of the best features of the house is the cozy living room area which provides the perfect space for the entire family to be together. After a long day, make some popcorn and relax on the comfortable couch to watch a movie on the big screen. The smart TV is equipped with ROKU with popular apps such as NETFLIX, DISNEY+, HBO, Amazon Prime & HULU installed. Feel free to login into any of these apps or download your favorite app to enjoy during your stay.

    KITCHEN: Enjoy cooking meals at “home” in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with cookware, bakeware, utensils, glassware, flatware, and place settings for six. For the kids, we also have plastic cups and small plates on hand. In the pantry and refrigerator, you will find some cooking staples for your convenience.

    LAUNDRY ROOM: No need to take home dirty laundry! The house has its own washer and dryer and is stocked with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, along with an iron & ironing board. In the cabinet, you will find extra blankets, and beach towels to use during your visit.

Fun Family vacation

Excellent place to stay—very comfortable and clean. It’s only a 15-minute drive from downtown West Palm Beach, which is a beautiful area. We traveled as a family of six and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Family stay to plan a wedding

We loved the property. The new renovations provided a minimilist and modern environment. And the backyard for great for our family and dogs. The house was very clean upon arrival and Jason was a great host. If we ever need to stay again in the Lake Worth area, we will not hesitate to book.

Great rental in Lake Worth

New build shotgun house, 3 good size bedrooms with 2 King Beds and 1 day bed. Large closets. For 4 day weekend stay was great for 2 couples and our son, all amenities as needed and new appliances. Neighborhood was pretty quiet overall. We would stay there again.

Lake Worth cottage

The cottage was just as described in the posting; almost new, single story 3 BR 2BA cottage w/everything you need for a quick weekend stay or for a vacation. The cottage is located only a mile or so from the beach and within a short drive of many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Howley’s restaurant is a great place to get a quick bite. The cottage host, Jason Luongo responded to all our questions very quickly. Overall, a good value for 2 couples visiting the West Palm Beach area.
