Very comfortable cabin! Perfect when staying with multiple family members there are two different living rooms, one upstairs with a pool table, darts, board games, kids toys and another downstairs right in front of the bunk room which is so convenient for the kids 100% I would recommend adding that bunk room there’s so much room for the kiddos they had so much fun with the arcade game they have their own bathroom their own TV there we had several kids with us. we’re a big family and stayed for four days and three nights and they never said they were bored once by far the Jacuzzi was there favorite feature, then the half cart and kayaking and lastly would be s’mores by the campfire along with the zip line and the swing. It was so much fun, if you love cooking, you’re going to love it here the amount of appliances they have are unreal. There are three different coffee makers. There is a ninja blender, a waffle maker, a huge crockpot, an Insta pot, a wok! Every size pot pan bakeware utensils you can imagine that you will need it is there! The owner even checked in on us from time to time just to be sure we had everything we needed. It was such a great experience. We’re already planning our trip for next year. Also, the people in the area are so friendly as well as the sheriffs. We saw them there a couple times at Rainbow Lake and they are very friendly with the kiddos. You can tell they are use to travelers.

Lakeside cabin

While the cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas, clean, and spacious, our experience was disappointing due to several issues and misleading information in the listing.1.Broken Amenities: The fireplace, listed as an amenity, was “broken.” Two bathroom door handles were broken, the zipline (advertised as an attraction) only supports children under 50 lbs and frequently came off track.2.Heating Problems: The furnace didn’t work properly, which made the upstair extremely uncontrollable. Even when turned off, it kept running, making four of the six bedrooms upstairs swelteringly hot.3.Misleading Information: The description states the property sleeps 27, but that’s only if you pay extra for access to the bunkhouse. Additionally, the arcade, advertised as part of the experience, was locked in bunkhouse so unless you pay an additional fee you won’t have access to arcade. 4.Jacuzzi Concerns: The jacuzzi had a very strong chemical smell and concerning foam, making it unpleasant to use.We were disappointed with these issues, especially given the high cost and expectation that all advertised amenities would be available and functional. We strongly recommend the owner take time off from renting the property to address these problems and ensure future guests have the experience they pay for.

Nice but difficult

We had to go back and forth to the laundry room to was dishes for the holiday. It was terrible. A piece fell of the microwave when we opened it. 2 pieces of art fell offrhe wall. Master bedroom shower didn't work. Front room light didnt work. The holiday inconvenience was just terrible.

A great house for our all our family to stay in

Large and plenty of space ! Great for our adult children and our (2) Grand babies.. the toy closet ! :-) the playhouse in back, the zip line,.. all the TV's, the pool room/ fun loft was is perfect. We really enjoyed the golf cart and kayaks. Clean, well organized, the owners were SUPER responsive to our communications.

Beautiful Place

We are a large family (with in-laws). This place accommodated us very well and we didn’t even rent the bunk house. Great time by the fire at night and the morning. There was some for the kids to do all day long. Very thankful for the location. We are talking about reserving it for next year as well.

Attractive area; house interior was immaculate..suggest nite lites in restrooms for the seniors?; exterior had broken PVC pipes laying around in two areas, front steps appeared to need paint; the bin for hot tub was empty of chemicals.; Outdoor fireplace/pit was great, plenty of chairs; there was a broken wind in the dining room window; upstairs window A/C water draining into a plastic pan kept overflowing causing wet carpet.; plenty of kitchen dishes/plates/bowls were provided.; parking was plentiful for our 6 vehicles.

My birthday is in July and I love the outdoors and try every year to do something like this with my immediate family. We have stayed at other cabins in the Pinetop area, over the last 10 to 12 years and this was, by far, our best experience!!! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

Exactly what we looked for

We used this to hold a leadership retreat for our high school student government leaders and officers. This place was perfect. There was enough bedrooms on both floors to easily separate the boys from the girls. There was plenty of room. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The price was excellent and this was an amazing value. I use a lot of VRBOs for school trips, and this was one of the top I've used in the past several years. We would love to come back.

Be careful

If you want the Arcade it is in the lock door downstairs. We were able to access it and use the bathroom across from the arcade game and we got charged $200 because we used the toilet and washed Our hands. We didn’t used the shower. Did not step foot in the bunkbed. so be careful when you use the arcade games don’t use the bathroom. Other than that, the house was nice in a good area close to rainbow Lake. We took the kayaks to rainbow Lake had a really good day.

Swish Family

This cabin was everything we expected and more. The hospitality was 6 stars. The owner responded quickly. The house was equipped with everything from bedrooms to the kitchen. Hot tub was great, eventhoughit was snowboarding. Fireplace pit and indoor fireplace stove was great. I will be staying again. I cannot stop bragging about this cabin. Kuddos to the owner everything great. Only suggestion is matress foam. Some of the beds were too firm for us old people.

Family Time

Quality laidback time with family over Christmas. 20 family members, played games, watched a little football and eat well. Everything we needed was there at the cabin. We stayed for three nights and never had to leave the cabin except for those who wanted to take a walk.

Perfect for Large Families

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with family and we really enjoyed the space ! It was spacious enough for us to not feel crowded, with multiple sitting areas and tables for sitting. I would recommend this property for large groups!

Great Family Getaway

The house was a great place for our family (kids and grandkids) of 13 to relax, play, and enjoy time with each other. There's lots of room for everyone to spread out, along with a nice big dining table that is central, for everyone to eat together, play games, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking tools. Everyone loved the backyard, especially the swing and chairs around the firepit. We all had a fun time.

Great Family Cabin

This property was a perfect fit for our large family - room for all to be comfortable and have some fun. The kids loved the pool table, foosball, video game, and hot tub! It was pretty hot outside, and there was no central air conditioning or good portable air in all the rooms, so that was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our time at this fun place!

This house was perfect for our large group. We had a wide span of ages, so the variety of bedrooms and spaces was just perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit and the close proximity to forest and lake fun.
