« This was a perfect place to stay at in downtown Columbus. The rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was family friendly as well. Breakfast was good and all day free coffee. You can walk to everything you need downtown from this location. As everyone has said you do have to pay to park here. « We had to switch rooms several times. My sister in law had to switch her room as well. No ac in the hallways and was dirty. Pool was closed and dirty upon our arrival, ac in room didn't work and was very loud. »

« Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go.
