Great getaway for family to meet up
Beautiful home and property. Enough room for multiple families to stay under one roof. Plenty of dry firewood is available for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The large property was nice and private and the trails were nice if anyone wanted to get some walking in. We stayed in the winter so didn't use the beach but we saw how the private beach would be a lot of fun for families with younger kids.

Great getaway
The house is great and accommodates our whole group! Wish there would have been snow to enjoy snowmobiling but the kids made their fun trying to fish on the lake and playing pool/darts! Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful view!
We had an amazing stay from the second we checked in to the time we left. Joe made the check in process very smooth and he was very accommodating. If we needed anything he was just minutes away. Everything was super clean. There were extra blankets and pillows available. I was impressed with the kitchen. Everything you would need was there from a blender, to a stock pot, and spices. Water bottles were available to drink at no extra cost !! The view was so beautiful and so is the cabin. Everyone had so much fun and wants to go back again! Thanks Joe!

Great house and beach
We stayed at the home with 10 people, 5 adults and 5 children ages 3-11. There was plenty of room. Everything was very clean, and in good condition. We loved the beach. It was very private with lots of space and a great pier. You have to walk down a hill to get to the beach, but you are able to drive down as well. The house came with a rowboat and a paddle boat. Kayaks were available to rent, but we brought our own. Joe responded very quickly when I had a few questions. The only downside was the wifi was very slow. Some of us had some work to do, so we went to a coffee shop in town to use their internet.

Great Family Vacation
The Binder Lake Lodge was the perfect place for our family vacation. The lodge very clean, comfortable and roomy for our family of 9, the lake was wonderful for our paddle boating, the peddle boat, rowboat, trying paddle boarding for the first time, and our kayaks and canoes. The fishing was great, and our youngest one enjoyed the frogs and toads. Joe was very prompt with communications and check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Bachelor Party
We had 12 men stay at the lodge for a bachelor party and had a great time. Joe was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. For instance, our satellite TV wasn't working and they spent two days working on fixing it for us. Beautiful area and property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Great Cabin
Cabin was clean and very spacious. Was fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation. Very friendly and helpful manager. Good location for ski hills and snowmobile trails. Got to see lots of wildlife as well, definitely would go back.

Great staycation

Binder lodge Christmas
Cozy cabin nestled in the north woods. We had an amazing time here at binder lodge with our family from Washington state & Wisconsin. The weather was beautiful with enough powdery snow to snowshoe, snowmobile & build a few snowmen. Thanks Joe for a fantastic experience & cabin that allowed 14 of us to sleep comfortably. Highly recommend and would love to come back to.

Beautiful location
My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. The view was beautiful! There was a lot of room and bedding to accommodate everyone. Everything that we needed was provided. The property manager was very kind and easy to contact. Definitely a place to consider visiting again.

Exactly what we were looking for!
We actually held our wedding at Binder Lake Lodge and everything turned out perfectly! Joe was the best! His communication was extremely prompt and his recommendations helped us to secure multiple vendors. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. We were allowed to set up a tent and rent the event center and it was the perfect location for our wedding of approximately 70 people. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time. We spent the whole time on the lake either fishing, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. Family game nights or reading a book on the deck!! Creating Memories
Our large family, ages 7 months to 69 years had a wonderful long weekend at Binder Lake Lodge. The house was warm and inviting which served our needs well. Even better, the quiet lake provided us ample opportunity to swim, kayak and fish. The property is expansive with lots of different areas to explore. Four different fire pit areas provided lots of room to make S'mores. The property manager Joe was responsive to our every need. We were happy to find such a gem in the Northwoods. We hope to return in the future.

Best week ever
We had 13 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 infants at the cabin for a full week and couldn't possibly be happier about our stay. Even with so many people, we had plenty of space and amenities to go around. The beach was absolutely the best part. I can't recommend this place enough and I thank Joe for letting us stay.

Perfect for our large golf outing
This property was very large, has multiple areas to hang out/sleep/and put up tents. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful views of the lake with good bass fishing. Manager was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend and will be coming back year after year.

Cabin is so beautiful. Great location overlooking Binder Lake. Fantastic beach and dock, with boats. Great swimming for people & dogs. So quiet and relaxing. Service is excellent, friendly, helpful, & very responsive. It is perfect vacation destination.

Our family had a great time during our stay. Family members enjoyed the private pier, paddle boat, and row boat. Wished the trip was longer because it went by too fast. Communication with Joe was also great.

Best Cabin Lodge Place Ever!!!
We spend Thanksgiving there and this was the best place we ever stayed in! The kitchen was well enough appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms clean and had plenty of hot water. We used both the fireplace inside and the fire pit outside, and enjoyed both. There was an ample supply of firewood in the garage. Our host, Joe, was easy to reach and very helpful with questions and assistance. My family enjoyed spending the holiday there and hope to visit soon in the future. I highly recommend this lodge for any family vacations!!!

Family time
We gathered at the lodge with our seven children and their families. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting! The lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. We are already planning to come back next year!

Wonderful Stay
It was a really great place to unwind with family. The cabin is great, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The lake access was important to us, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a steep, but short walk down to the water- or you can drive down to it as well. We had several small children and the water and beach area were perfect for them.

Outside paradise
Our family of 8 adults and 3 children loved the outdoor features of Binder Lake Lodge. Nice little beach, a well maintained dock, paddle boat, floating platform, row boat, picnic table, clear water. We also enjoyed the game room with nice pool table, dart board (need some new dartsand bar. Very nice. The lake facing desk has a tremendous view. Very quiet and private. Clean and sufficiently stocked(could use a couple sauce pans). Joe was an outstanding host- knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We would happily return.. Dining area and living room were a little small for our group, and it's not really very handicapped accessible. Overall, a great place to stay.

Friends Getaway Bliss
My 16 friends and I had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful hidden gem in Lakewood. We loved the location of the home and the privacy it offered. Loved meeting Joe and it was very helpful how we checked us in and gave us the run down of the property. The beach and lake were very clean and we loved spending a lot of time there. Lots of sheets and towels available which was nice for such a large group. We for sure want to come back very soon!

Beautiful property
The host Joe was amazing. If your looking for privacy and a lot of space this property is very unique find. So many details covering everything you would need. I did see reviews that the trails are hard to walk on if your handicap. We learned you can drive a vehicle right to the dock no need to walk the trail. It was very secluded on a large property. Fishing was great. We will come back again.

Micro-Wedding
The Lodge was PERFECT for our micro-wedding on Friday, June 18th. My now husband and I scratched our original plan and excitedly jumped on this rental opportunity to host 28 people in the events house on the property. The wedding and entire weekend on Binder Lake will be unforgettable. Joe and his team were very pleasant to work with and I was excited to hear we were only the second wedding on their property. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. As I said, 28 comfortably fit in the events house, and 14 of those stayed the entire weekend at the Lodge. I cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience, except thank you Joe. We’ll definitely be back. 😊

Beautiful property
Bring your hiking shoes, ATVs, fishing poles and bathing suits to have a fantastic time outdoors on this beautiful property. We had 5 families and felt there was plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with towels and linens. Like others mentioned, the entry door was difficult to work, but I know the owner is planning to modify them. It's a downhill hike to the water (and steep uphill climb back to the cabin!), so an ATV is very handy. Having multiple firepits was fantastic for our large group. The property provides the firewood, too. We would definitely consider returning.

Great weekend getaway.
Great location and beautiful property. Couple minor issues that are being addressed by the owners. Binder Lake Lodge is a 4 bedroom Lodge with 3 extra Queen sofa/futon sleepers, listing isn't quite accurate. Overall very happy with our stay and recommend staying here.

Weekend Getaway!
Joe was a great host! He kept us updated on the snowmobile trail closures, etc. The cabin accommodated 9 adults well. We had a few minor issues with doors not opening and closing properly, but Joe is aware. Over all, it was a great experience and we had a lot of fun! Thank you, Joe!!

We've had the opportunity to stay at Binder Lake Lodge twice. The location is perfect if you want privacy. The Lodge is very comfortable and the kids had a great time playing in the game room. It was a perfect vacation and the overnight snowfall was a great touch. Thank you again for a well needed rest.
