« This is a really nice hotel located right on Cox's Bazar beach. Even though we didn't have an seafront room, we had a junior suite that had wonderful views of the sea from both of our balconies. Il y avait tellement de bruit du au trafic, que j’ai passé une nuit horrible. Le lendemain j’ai demandé à de changer de chambre et on m’a fait payé un supplément. « Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. »

« DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for...

« I was shown 2 switches one for DO NOT DISTURB and Other for ROOM CLEANING, shoud i need any i should turn the switch on. I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. As i was not expecting anyone to come in to the room while i was out, i had left all my belonings in the room scatterd. « It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
