« We appreciate that people who are handicapped get free valet parking. Beautiful view from our room of the lake and fall foliage. »

« It was a bed and bathroom for the night. Nothing fancy. Beds were hard but it was clean. No where to hang towels not even hand towels. It was nice to have a shuttle to park and the staff were friendly. If you are just needing a very basic no frills hard beds this is your place. They had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee. »

« Room was just ok, the air conditioning did not work and the room didn't have any washcloths. No one to call about issues. »

« Would definitely stay here again. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Lodge of the Ozarks has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cozy and clean. A Christian feel. Great breakfast and pleasant staff. »

« The room was very clean, including the bathroom - no moldy shower gets a big plus from me. Free parking was available. The staff was kind. Breakfast was sufficient. But the snacks at 9 pm were a great hit and yummy! Will definitely stay here again! »

« Great stay. Will repeat. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! The bed is VERY squishy and pickles the cat is so sweet!! »

« Clean rooms ,breakfast was good also staff were very helpful. »

« To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust. Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update. »

« Check in was fast and easy. Desk manager was friendly enough. We checked in and noticed the bathtub and sink were both extremely rusty.... dirty looking, but possibly clean? The tub was that ugly brown on the bottom were many feet had stood and bits of hair was sticking wall and floor. Kind of clean, but not great! It was later in the evening so just to be safe, I took lysol wipes to everything! The next morning i went to shower, when i pulled the shower curtain, a bloody washcloth fell down......
