« A five star property should be in perfect order upon check-in. The customer should not need to be responsible for finding issues after check-in. This property could easily be a five star rating if the following were taken care of before we checked in. The hot water to the shower in the main House took 20 to 30 minutes to warm up to use the shower. The drains in the master bathroom would not drain. "Hotel propre, personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Belle décoration dans la chambre aux accents mexicains. L'hotel est situé un peu loin des attractions de la ville dans un secteur commercial moins intéressant. Buanderie sur place mais pas de savon et seulement une sécheuse fonctionnel.
