« Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good.
We were most impressed by the staff; all of whom were very friendly, professional...

« Will absolutely stay again. Arrived late from heysham and with baby - everything was ready for us and really easy. Room large and clean. Cot was great. Breakfast was fresh and more than we expected. Team members we met were really friendly. Canât say a bad word! »

« Staff couldnât do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch.
The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room.
The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...
