Its a cute basement Apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, cups, microwave, about everything you could need for your stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. As far as booking the Apartment. Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice & very helpful.The only slight downside was the little porch outside was not swept & we kept tracking dirt inside, so i swept it clean & then swept the apt floors clean. And the walls in the kitchen need a good cleaning. But for the price we paid we'd say this Apartment was definitely worth it.

Appearances can be deceiving

Apartment appeared to be clean but after taking my tennis shoes off and walking around barefoot my feet were filthy. Place could use a good deep cleaning and some new paint in areas.

Quick Trip

My son started college in Laramie, I had booked this earlier knowing the dates we would be there. It was simple and my questions were answered quickly. Easy access, close to everything in the middle of town. It had what we needed for the time we were there. Would recommend this property.

Clean and Comfortable

I came to Laramie to visit my son for Thanksgiving. The house is exactly as advertised. I was worried the house would be cold when I got there, but the heater was already turned on. Wind chills dipped below 0 on the trip, but the house was toasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what was advertised.

This is a very small basement apartment in an old house. The host worked hard to make it nice, but it is old. The house was very clean, the check in procedure was perfect. It is not fancy, but it was exactly what was advertised a decent room at a very good price near downtown and the university. I would definitely use the place again. If you want a fancy place go pay double or more money elsewhere. If you want simple, clean and cheap, this is your place.

I enjoyed this apartment it was clean nice and relaxing in the basement so it’s nice and cool on hot days. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment overall was comfortable feel like there was lots of room.

Great place close to campus

Everything was as described and clean. Check in and communication was great. We loved being close to downtown and to the University of Wyoming. We would definitely stay here again.

40th HS Reunion

This place met all of our needs, is in easy walking distance of downtown, was clean, and as represented in the listing. We ended up bothering the contact person a couple of times and found her helpful, prompt and courteous. We had no real issues, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

Nice location

The property was very clean and convenient to what we were in town to do. The ONLY reason tje overall review is not 5 stars is because a neighbor would let there dog outside and not pick up “business”. We stepped in it at night because we didn’t see it so I went and picked up what I could find in our path to the car. That was the only negative. This property is great if you are looking for a home base after exploring the area.

Two older males visiting Laramie from out of town. One slept on the pull out Futon. A bit too firm for older sleepers. That is the only reason not a full 5 stars.

Cute, cozy apartment

This was perfect for a quick trip to move my son in at WyoTech. It is a small space, but when you aren't spending tons of time there, that doesn't matter. It was very clean, and had just what we needed!
