Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh.
The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children.
Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. There’s loads to do, including outdoor play areas, indoor soft play and kids clubs that always looked full of energy. Older kids are well catered for too with two games areas (pool tables, bowling, air hockey, shuffleboard), plus mini golf and an outdoor football pitch. The water slides suit all ages, with both smaller and bigger ones.
The pool was very clean and, despite it being April, it was warm enough to properly enjoy. Some areas are around 140cm deep, which made it more fun for older kids. The allocated sun loungers were a big plus—no rushing to reserve beds, just choose where you want if it’s available.
Food was really good with a nice variety. The pizzas were a highlight—freshly made and honestly some of the best we had. The buffet area can get a bit busy as it’s not huge, but going at the right times solves that. We also booked the Greek restaurant included with the stay, which was lovely.
Location-wise, it’s ideal—about a 2 minute walk to the main strip and 5 minutes to beach.
