„Das Appartment war in einem ziemlich abgewohnten Zustand. DIe Tapete hing teilweise lose von der Wand, die Dunstabzugshaube war defekt, der Waschstisch im Bad war in Auflösung begriffen und die Möblierung war reichlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt. Für meine Begriffe ist der Wochenpreis schon nahezu unverschämtAber wen das Alles nicht stört, der hatte einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.“

„Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.“

„Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. „El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! „Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse. Zum Strand sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuss, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und viele kleine Läden, aber auch grössere Supermärkte. Mir gefällt, dass es sich um ein altes gewachsenes Wohnviertel handelt und nicht um eine am Reissbrett entworfene Bettenburg. “

„Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, wir haben den Hof sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht war da, aber alles irgendwie ungenügend. Winzige Töpfe, wenig Besteck, nur ein riesiges „Schafes“Messer, zu wenige Stühle, sehr günstige synthetische Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung ist auch recht hellhörig, allerdings nicht im Schlafzimmer.Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war ungenügend.“
