My family and I enjoyed staying at New Beachfront PH. The place is super clean, comfortable and safe. Have a variety of restaurants to enjoy a delicious meal. Beach is right across from the PH. Enrica is a great management host, responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The PH is equipped with everything that you need from beach towels, yoga mat, water bottles to picnic basket. Also have their own filter water system (hot/cold). I highly recommend. Amazing Penthouse in Las Terrenas

We just stayed 8 nights in this stunning penthouse in Las Terrenas. This condo is fully stocked with anything you would need for a comfortable stay. Both the owner Odain and the property management company were very attentive to any information that we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay across from the most beautiful beach we have seen in the DR. We are already talking about a return trip and would stay here again without question.

Beautiful Condo in LasTerrenas!

Long stay- Jan 6 ,2024 - Feb 24, 2024 Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend! Following is my review broken down into key categories: Hosts and Property Management: Odain is a great host, he was very accessible, pleasant, and accommodating. Any issues we had with the condo were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Location: Amar’e is in a fantastic location, less than 100 steps from Popy beach. It is also within walking distance of many great restaurants - no need for a car. The Condo: Check in was seamless and love the fact that it is a keypad lock so no need to worry about keys. The condo is beautiful, it is exactly as per the pictures. It is tastefully decorated in a clean, boho /beachy vibe. The furniture /bedding and linens are of the highest quality and very comfortable. Each of the bathrooms are modern and clean! The wifi speed is excellent and the tv in main room has a Chrome stick with Crack Evolution app which allowed access to hundreds of English (US & Canadian ) TV channels. Electricity is extra and very expensive $15pesos per Kwh so be careful with your energy consumption. We only turned on a/c when absolutely necessary.!

New and beatifull place

Very well-designed and decorated place that feels new. The property manager was very responsive from check in to check-out, the restaurant onsite was also good. We enjoyed our stay, the place is very fancy. We liked that they provided drinking water. We cooked at the house and the kitchen was stocked (except dish rack and kitchen towels), we had some issues with the hot water and the property manager sent the technician right away.

A Tropical Paradise Gem: Exceptional Comfort, Stunning Location, and Inspiring Skyline Views

As a regular traveler to Las Terrenas and Samana over the past few years, I've experienced many accommodations in the area, yet this remarkable home stands unparalleled. Our interactions with the host were prompt, insightful, and their warm hospitality made our stay all the more enjoyable. The smart lock system provided a seamless check-in and check-out process, while the property itself exceeded expectations. Every corner of this home was impeccably clean and tidy, from the spotless kitchen and bathrooms to the serene living areas and the high-quality bed and sheets. I slept like a baby. The Wi-Fi was fast and consistent: I was able to work remotely on high performance projects with no issue. I’m a beach lover, and the home's proximity to Playa Bonita, Playa Coson, and Playa Punty Popy couldn't be beaten. The nearby beaches are clean, clear, and easy to swim in. I also recommend enjoying the terraces. The upstairs terrace is particularly nice for enjoying an afternoon tea, while the gentle seabreeze cools you (even in July). Most importantly, the home and surrounding property are exceptionally safe, and we appreciated the peace of mind knowing that around the clock security personnel watch over the property. Both pools always sparkled and were clean and bright blue. I swam laps each morning. The property's unique location deserves special mention. Chic Bohemian Beautiful !!!

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful beachfront penthouse! We traveled to celebrate graduations and Las Terrenas did not disappoint! Starting with this gorgeous penthouse. It was obvious so much love and effort was put into it by Odain and his lovely wife! The bohemian details throughout the property were so appreciated plus super comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen with so many useful things! The live edge dining table was our fun morning gathering spot to plan out our day. The owners had so many extras things like beach thermos , water activity items, beach towels, fun games for night time family fun. Speaking of the owners Odain went out of his way to reach out to us for activity and restaurant recommendations. The “Mosquito restaurants “were amazing!! The property restaurant 180Grados was incredible too. The chef even sent us appetizers and after dinner drinks n dessert on the house more than once so we could try new twists to things he wanted to put on menu! The pools were great and all 6 of us visited the Zen spa on premise for massages ( very nicely priced!) and they were wonderful! The “ team” Odain has managing his property were fantastic..shout out to Milka who went over and beyond to look after our needs. They can help with taxis / excursions ect.The beach right across was spectacular! I could go on and on! Traveler tip.. though credit cards are used in some places you need cash for certain things. Thank you Odain for opening your beautiful home to us!

Luxurious and relaxing getaway

Our family of five stayed in this beautiful vacation home for two nights during spring break, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the location and the lush landscape that surrounded the property. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and quality linens. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and included toiletries and fluffy towels. One of the highlights of the home was the outdoor living space, which included terraces on both floors with comfortable seating and a hammock. The pool towards the back of the property was also a wonderful place to relax and cool off. The location of the home was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and nearby attractions. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Las Terrenas. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return!

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay. The apartment was wonderful. Beds comfortable, furnishings very nice, kitchen well equipped, although we did not cook much. The restaurant in the complex is wonderful, as is the spa. The location was ideal we walked to most restaurants and the nicest beaches. Can't say enough about the new Spa Zenvida the owners Yolanda and Jen are very professional, knowledgable and wonderful to be around. Angie the reception person is lovely also. We rented a golfcart for part of our stay then a car. Car rentals and golfcart rentals are expensive and driving downtown can be pretty chaotic, but it's a very walkable place. Absolutely wonderful stay, the owners are also lovely and very responsive.

Tasteful and perfect location!

We stayed in this beautiful property by Playa Poppy with our 3 teenagers. It is just as pictured, very clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Yetti cups were provided and a plus as very useful in our expeditions. The property is very well located, by the beach but also walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, in addition to the 180 Grados restaurant on site (and a spa which we did not visit). Hosts and management were very responsive. Las Terrenas is such a beautiful tropical gem. Enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Las Terrenas terrifico!!

This penthouse condo is a spectacular place, close to great beaches and shopping just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main town. Easy walking distance along the beach sidewalk to shop, pick up a few groceries, dine out, and arrange a tour or an activity. The Amare full property boasts two pools, a spa, and a first class restaurant (180) at which we found ourselves dining more than we had planned because their food, service, and ambience was so good. We even enjoyed live music during Christmas Eve dinner - what a treat! The condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for our 3 generation family of 4. Lovely spaces to commune together or find quieter moments apart. The two patios were well appreciated for fresh air, listening to the surf, enjoying the tropical breezes, and taking in stargazing at nights. The owners and management were VERY responsive and kind, top notch individuals who made our stay even more pleasant with their hospitality, prompt communication, and warm smiles. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again!
