Dirty and hidden charges

We have stayed in several MGM Signature properties with no issues. Unfortunately we arrived to a strong smell of weed in the property to the point we couldn’t sleep on the first night. When we checked out at end of stay, we discovered we’d been charged over 230 for a broken toilet seat that we hadn’t damaged ourselves. Unfortunately, this is our word against the host’s and so we can’t disprove the accusations, even though we know we didn’t do any damage. Whilst I’d strongly recommend the MGM Signature hotel, I wouldn’t ever stay with this host again.

Not the owners problem, we booked two different types of rooms in two different towers and the hotel front desk assigned and moved us into the wrong rooms. It took over an hour and unpacking/repacking and moving to rectify the situation. All resolved but a hassle and not easy check in.

Great Stay

Overall, had a great stay. We enjoyed being close to the strip while still having quiet when we wanted to call it a night. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub every night - it was very clean and all the jets worked properly. The condo was mostly clean, but could absolutely use a deep clean. The shower area had short curly black hair on the floor in the corners that were there when we checked-in, crumbs along the walls/carpet, and the glasses in the cupboard had been used but not cleaned and had something sticky on them. Regardless, we would still stay here again.

At time of check in. The clerk was rude but, she did explain the hotel couldn't assist with anything. only did the hotel not assist, the property manager couldn't be reached or the cleaning service. The property was dusty and dirty,hot tub was dirty bathroom counter was gritty and dusty. Was ridiculous, oh and a speed up sink. So i videos my blah and comet we had to purchase.. to expensive for this type of service

You don’t have to buy weed here !

Bring your own toilet paper! Very strong weed and cigarette smoke in room continually. Not good for people with allergies. Bed needed replacing. Check room before check in!

It was a great week and a wonderful place to stay. The host was informative and provided all the information we needed. Only VERY MINOR things we would like to see; a few more cooking amenities (pots/pans) and coffee k-cup refills (only four for a week?). Room, bed, jet tub, shower, view, pools, lazy river and location- all EXCELLENT.

We liked being close to the strip, but in a quiet place. The room & bathroom are large. Also liked having the kitchenette for coffee & light breakfast and snacks in the room. The pool is beautiful! It conveniently connects with MGM with an indoor walkway. Enjoyed our stay!

The suite was perfect for what we needed, very spacious and excellent location. It's great that you don't have resort fees to pay and have access to all MGM Grand pools.

1. The floor was not vacuumed well and dirty 2. More towels should be available for extended stays 3. When calling for replacements, was not given full size bath towels 4. For 7 days would have liked at least one day of cleaning. 5. Hot water was not always available in shower 6. Not enough toilet tissue for 7 days. Had to ask for another roll, 7. Cleaning crew responded after the first day but very inconvenient to rely on them rather than hotel. 8. This property does not have a balcony but other rooms did I would never do this again at a hotel. Would rather deal with hotel staff where I could get daily service rather than an outside service.

Comfortable Leisure

Having already stayed at this hotel, we already had an expectation; this room met those expectations. Very clean, very comfortable, very affordable, very accommodating. The host was most helpful, the check-in process was easy, extra of whatever you may have needed was easily accessible, and communication was quick and convenient. I would recommend this listing for anyone looking for a good size room with a relaxing bathroom that provides easy access to the strip, but also looking for a convenient location to move around The Strip traffic, via back streets if you have a vehicle.
