- Booking base price is for 16 max guests although the villa sleeps 26 comfortably, there is an extra fee of $50 per person and per night after 16 guests (guests 17-26)

Extra Guest Fee Policy
Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 registered guests
• If you plan to bring more than 16 people, an extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies

-Event Fee: $5,000 per 1-day event not including a stay overnight. This fee is in addition to a 3 day minimum stay.
-Event Cleaning Fee: $1,500 instead of regular cleaning fee.
All events must be approved in advance. Please ask for permission prior to booking.
