•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 10PM
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
-No glass in the pool
*Please note pool maintenance is weekly.
*$50/day spa heating fee. Please let us know if you'd like it on.
