„"All was excellent. The house and a garden are very nice. Residence territory very clear and quiet."“

„The pots and dishes were unuseable because they were encrusted with food and never washed. In addition, the neighbouring villa was rented to a family that had a huge and aggressive Corsican dog that even broke the border net to try to attack us, despite the fact that the house rules only provided for small animals. My children, my cat and I lived in terror and we couldn't enjoy the garden.“

„Our stay was great. We were there for a week with 9 people. The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax. If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay. The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered ...

„We traveled with 3 families, 12 persons in total and we enjoyed our stay very much. Every minor issue was fixed immediately. The kids loved the pool and so ce we had two very hot weeks we enjoyed the air condition in the kitchen and most of the bedrooms. Thank you very much for having us.“

„We have been in san felice for one week. All together we were 6 adults and 3 kids. it was a beautiful trip also because of this great house. We had enough space for all of us and the kids could play in this great garden. also the renter was a great person and helped as with all our questions. so i think we will come back on our next trip to italy thanks“

„We spent a week here and everything was super easy and relaxed. The location is absolutely stunning—amazing views and beautiful nature all around. Super quiet, lots of privacy, and the pool is just a dream! The handover was really uncomplicated, and the host gave us lots of helpful info. We’d recommend bringing mosquito repellent, but hey, that’s nature. All in all, we had a great time and came back totally recharged.“

„Stayed here twice now.Good spot and host is easy to communicate with. Laundry is a bonus for long stays.“

„Kim our host was great. The views are super and it’s secluded offering great privacy. Pool is awesome. Grounds well keep with secluded seating areas all around and large community eating area. Plenty of room for our party of 10 with a bathroom for each. We did experience a few problems like the hot water went out, electricity for about 45 mins, and several rooms experienced a few visitors (critters). But everyone loved the place.“

„It was great staying in Vittoria's beautiful house, she welcomed us with a freshly squeezed lemonade and a delicious homemade tart! The place is big, extremely clean and has everything one needs.“
