« Overall, the facility is just fine. Staff were great; the only issue is no water at the bathroom sink for washing hands and brushing teeth. The crew said it's been an issue for some time and is trying to work on it. The facility also decides not to tell the customer when the room will be cleaned or when linen will be picked up. »

« The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by. »
