„Enjoyed a family weekend for a destination wedding at Hitching Post. Cottage was perfect with all amenities we needed. Out in the country, able to find some time to relax by the fire pit. We really enjoyed Lancaster which was a 15-20 drive.“

„We had a wonderful stay at the house. We had 9 adults and 3 children, one 6 yrs and two 20 mo. With two large common spaces, one on the main floor and one downstairs, we could be as together (or apart!) as we wanted. We did all of our cooking at the house so I can’t comment on any local restaurants. Groceries are available within about a 10-minute drive. „The property inside and out was amazing and beautiful. Very clean inside open and beautifully decorated. No outages no issues everything worked. The pond was nice has bluegill and a few bass. We will definitely be staying here again when we come down. When they say full equipped kitchen I'm used to that meaning a fridge, stove and a coffee pot so we packed for what we thought we needed. You don't need plates cups pans pots utensils they provide it all which was awesome!“

„We had family of 6 with ages from 5-81 years and one very old weiner dog. Fishing was amazing.There are some really large bass in the pond but you have to give them what they want. Our lips are sealed so good luck! Spent most of the time on the deck as it is so peaceful. Heard my first deer snort and it isn't what you would expect. My hubby is a life long hunter so he knew. Super clean, cute, spacious property, comfy beds, reclining couches to put your feet up after hiking, covered deck w hot tub w privacy, everything you need in the house. Pictures don’t do it justice.
