We had one issue with a dog next door that was barking and even though the unit next door was not managed by the same company they were able to help us in handling the issue to get the people next door to come back and check on their dog. Super helpful and they went above and beyond to make everything right. »

« We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment. »

« This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above. »

« Loved 3 Belted Kingfisher! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor space was awesome. Love that it was only short walking distance to beach. We had a great time! « We had a wonderful stay in Sea Pines. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it is tricky to get to the beach with a large family. I wish it were closer/walking distance. We ended dropping everyone off and then taking the car home and an adult would ride a bike back to meet everyone. The great news was that the house has a pool which was wonderful for kids and adults so we could just relax at home. The house was clean and we love the Sea Pines neighborhood.
