„Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!“
