« Parking was good. Air condtioning was good. »

« Cabin was well appointed and easy to find from map that was sent via text as reception was not open at all during the hours of our stay. Kitchen light flickered continuously and floor was visibly dirty. Ants in both bedrooms and kitchen table was really grubby. »

« Very clean and well presented room. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking at a convenient stay whilst travelling along the Hume. »

« Awesome location walkable distance to most of good shops and restaurants around. Decent size room with all the basic amenities. Bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. Bonus was the swimming pool open until late so managed to get a swim. Staff was super friendly and helped us with smooth checkin and gave every possible information to us which we needed. She absolutely went over and above to ensure we had a good stay. We will definitely be back again in future. »

« Dee greeted us at the reception and was so friendly and helpful. We were offered a shuttle bus into the centre of town whenever suited us and did just that. We enjoyed a great meal at the Holbrook Hotel and also a shuttle back. The room was clean, neatly renovated and had free WiFi. We took advantage of the EV wall box charger directly outside the room. We did have a few issues with it but Dee helped sort out the problem of the charge cable not unlocking from the post by turning the power off....
