« Hôtel propre. Chambre de taille correct, propre, petite piscine parking gratuit. Le petit dej est vraiment très simple, il est dans la chambre (2 paquets de corn flakes, 2 petites briques de lait et 2 ou 3 autres choses barre céréales ...) et pour notre deuxième nuit pas de rajout. Plages ce coolangatta à 10 min environ. Proche aéroport mais pas beaucoup de décollage lors de notre séjour. »

« Beautiful location, and a lovely hotel. We had an issue with our room and the staff were amazing at getting it sorted asap and we got a little treat for the inconvenience - great customer service. »

« Nous y avons passé une nuit afin de louer des vélos le lendemain. Impeccablement propre. Le resto en bas était très bon. Un peu bruyant car il y avait un concert au bar mais la musique s'est arrêté tôt et nous avons bien dormi. Malheureusement le monsieur dans la chambre d'à coté n'a pas arrêté de ronfler. »

« Check in and parking was easy. Room was clean and close to all ammenities. However reprimanding of children running amock was sadly lacking. Staff should have spoken to the parents, and not the children themselves. »

« Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am...

« This was an excellent experience with clean functional rooms, friendly staff who allowed us to check in early. Parking was directly outside the cabin..perfect! »

« Very average, didn't see any staff, key was left in a lockbox at 1pm. No sleep due to being by a stairwell, walls paper thin for noise and other guests sitting in the carpark at 1am »

« Room was clean, main room had been renovated, bathroom was a bit tired but very functional and good shower pressure. Hosts were very helpful with organising late check in and early morning checkout. »

« Yes, the aircon was good and yes, the shops were just over the road.. A very basic motel but comfortable and suited our needs for two nights.. »
