The place was close to many good hikes and activities. Amenities were also quite convenient. The room was well taken care of and communication for help was almost instant. Definitely recommend.

Charming town

We enjoyed our stay in the Rockies. Leadville was more than we expected and thus was the perfect place to stay. It had all the required amenities as well as several extra touches. We definitely recommended!

Excellent "basecamp" for a week of hiking

I traveled to Leadville for a week of hiking with my dog. Leadville Motor Lodge was the perfect basecamp for our adventures! We were no more than 20 minutes from any of the trails we wanted to explore and within walking distance of great dining/ shopping options for our down time.

Awesome getaway close to downtown Leadville

I’ve stayed here twice in the last few years and I think it’s a gem. The price is fair and the rooms are very clean. Additionally everything in downtown is just a short walk from the motel. I recommend this place to anyone visiting and it’s clear that the owners take a lot of pride (as they should) into their hotel.

Lovely

The Leadville Motor Lodge is a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay in Leadville for a fair price. I was in town to do some mountain bike riding and to explore Leadville. The location is perfect for both--within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and just a few miles away from great biking, hiking, fishing, 4 wheeling, and two or three beautiful lakes. The room was stocked with a french press (which I loved), coffee, snacks, and drinks in the fridge. The owner was very good about communicating. I loved the combination key pad to lock the door keeping me from worrying with losing a card or a key. The room is decorated tastefully with nice pictures, nice furniture, and appliances: fridge, micro wave, and hot plate to heat water for tea for the french press. There is also a common kitchen which I practically had to myself to cook on the stove or hang out and eat at a large table. The bathroom was nice with a large area to store luggage. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book this room again. I love this place.

Great, economical property. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Nice gift bag upon arrival. Only negative is that the toliet in the #3 room is right up against the wall(literally couldnt put my fist between wall and toliet. But small sacrifice for the room. Will stay here again.

Great experience. The place was adorable. Had more space than I thought. There’s a changing room attached to the bathroom which provides excellent closet, space and storage space. Hot water maker, and French coffee press were very nice additions.

Perfect spot to clean up and take a nap

Very clean. Water and a few sodas in fridge. Plenty of coffee and tea with a french press and electric kettle. Goodie bag with a few treats, sunscreen, earplugs, etc. Only issue, in the evening smoke from folks nearby fires made its way in. Closing the window to keep smoke out made it a little warm later. No fault of the property.

Nice, affordable place

Stayed here to ski in Summit County over the weekend. Everything is exactly how it looks in the pictures and Ting is AWESOME. Only thing is that the toilet is very awkwardly located and the parking situation could be better. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt very welcomed in this small room from the moment we walked in. A lovely welcome/thank you bag came complete with treats for our two pups! So thoughtful! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a long time. Communication with Ting and his wife was spot on, they made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Perfect!

This spot was reasonably priced, great location in town, and such a hassle-free check in process!! I stayed for three nights with my pups, I didn’t need anything big but when I got there the rooms are actually bigger than the pictures give them credit! It had so many nice amenities in it also. They even had a bag of awesome little treats in it for me aaand my pups. Kona and Moose loved the home-made pork jerky that was there for them. 10 out of 10 would stay again. ☺️
