It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well. »

« Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know. »
