« Easy parking and lots of privacy. The bungalow was clean and host was very prompt with communication. I’d stay again. »

« Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement. »

« The host was great and very accommodating to our family. House is clean and well maintained. My toddler was able to run around freely and thankfully there was a high chair for use. Definitely recommend! »

« The house is exactly what you see in the pictures, the pool oasis is outstanding and the game room— my kids where super excited when we opened the door. There is everything you need for outside games, pickleball, beach toys and inside too, extra towels, sheets and blankets!! It was truly a ‘home’ experience.I would 100 % rent the bird house again! »

The neighborhood behind this property is lovely to walk through. The cons- This run-down property basically overlooks a freeway on-ramp. The hot tub is in shambles with a shredded top. The kitchen faucet is falling off and has reversed hot/cold. The stove is missing nobs. All the windows are inoperable. The “AC” is a mobile unit in the living room...
