« The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the...

« Wow, this is a beautiful little place to stay. Very peaceful, serene. The animals are everything you could hope they would be. You can tell the owners work hard to make this an amazing place. Clean, quiet, back porch is awesome. Breakfast was delicious! Look no further if you want a getaway in Morganton. We absolutely loved it! »

« Check in was very easy with a key code door . There is a large kitchen with a microwave ,Kerig (with coffee and creamer ), popcorn popper,air fryer ,pretty much anything you could think of . Snacks were left out as well . »

« We really enjoyed staying in this property. It was easy to find, and the house/property is beautiful. The property owners were very nice and made themselves available to us if we needed them. I imagine that this would be a great place to stay on an App State home football weekend. 10/10! »

« Beautiful place with beautiful scenery. Everything was tidy on arrival. Loved how close we were to everything. The staff were great and helpful. Enjoyed the cute little touches. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Two small things were the faucets in the bathroom were hard for the kids to turn off and some maintenance on the building on our last day surprised us with men on the outside of the balcony 😅 »

« This is a perfect getaway location. We enjoyed the privacy and the location is near Boone, Blowing Rock and Grandfather Mountain. Quiet & apartment is perfect. Kitchen had premier cooking utensils, pans, and I loved the extra care with coffee or tea and dishes. Excellent one room for a couple. Walking up to the garden house called Mole Hill is an extra perk. We loved Badger’s Den and the theme from Wind in the Willows! »
