„This was our first stay at Margaritaville but definitely not our last. The minute I walked into the lobby to check in I knew our stay was going to be glorious. We make a trip to Gatlinburg at least once a year(sometimes 2 or 3). When you walk through the front door you can't help but leave your cares behind and get caught up in the tropical vibe. Every staff member from the front desk, to the bartender, to the maintenance staff was absolutely awesome! Just walking down the hall to our room ...

„Lovely staff and clean hotel. Pool side rooms can be a little noisy if you need an earlier night ( open until 10pm ) and it was loud with music playing, but we had chosen that room so I will know for next time. Also a strong smell of chemicals from the pool in those rooms so that’s worth considering if you are thinking of getting a pool view. The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. “
