« L’établissement qui est en fait un motel et non un hôtel n’est pas conforme à la description de votre site. Il serait appréciable que la différence entre motel et hôtel soit préciser avec une photo extérieure des chambres aux USA.(photo jointe à insérer au site svp). Chambre bruyante, vétuste et moyennement propre. Petit déjeuner imposé et pris par l’intermédiaire d’un guichet à emmener dans la chambre car pas de salle intérieure avec une température de 0 degré ! »

« I was enchanted by this property. Having a pool, bar, restaurant was much less important than sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch with a blanket. The property was beautiful. I really enjoyed talking to the manager. He was very helpful and gave me information on the history of the property. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I will be staying here again when in Waynesville. An absolutely beautiful property. »

« The Franklin Terrace was a great option for our stay in Franklin. The location to downtown is perfect and the owner/staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back and stay there again next time we are in town. »

« Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund.
