„Dinner was excellent with great service. Breakfast was ok. Picnic lunches were good. Place needs a deep cleaning. King room bed was comfortable but the floor carpet was super dirty. Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices.“

„My room was oceanfront king suite with kitchenette and 2 queens. Let's start with the hour long check in and 2 separate visits to the office. The kitchen area was not cleaned well. Especially the floor. Walking on it barefoot resulted in dirty feet. The kitchen faucet is in need of replacement. When I turned it on, it sprayed the wall and me with water. „Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures.“
