Five bedrooms, three full baths, room for twelve, and a layout built for a group that actually wants to be together. The home unfolds across three floors, each one giving someone a place to land.



The heart of the house is the kitchen — a bright, fully stocked space with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a four-seat island where the range lives and the conversation never stops. It opens into a dining area that seats eight and a living room with a gas fireplace, so the cook is never cut off from the crowd.



When the plates are cleared, the game room is where the night goes next. A Foresight golf simulator anchors it — play Pebble Beach in your socks — alongside foosball and ping pong for the grudge matches. Outside, a private putting green on lush turf lets the golfers keep at it.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 14 across 7 beds):

After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.



You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

We’re happy to welcome pets in our property! We allow up to 2 pets, and there is a $100 pet fee per pet.
