Located in the lovely, tree-lined and safe Chevy Chase, it is within walking distance of the UK campus, football stadium, medical center, Arboretum, and the vibrant Chevy Chase business area. Nearby is downtown Lexington, with its many restaurants and bars. The apartment has a kitchenette with no stove, but with a sink, microwave, toaster oven , and mini-fridge. If one or two guests are children, five guests are allowed. For larger parties, rent the whole building and double your space! An outside stairway connects the two similar spaces; the bottom of which is named simply "Solar Sanctuary." The second cleaning fee is reduced to only $20!
