« I had an outstanding experience at Grey Pearl suites. The room was big ,clean ,with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped with essential kitchen tools and appliances. The front desk associates Darin and Joyce were very serviceable ,attentive and courteous to everyone. The manager Jihan was always there if needed her and ready to answer any questions for the best possible results The night guard and the personalized key to the electric front door for the main entrance and the elevator...

« This place was horrible, it was filthy, bathrooms were moldy & the wall were broken, no sheets towels or toilet paper. All the garbage was still in the place when we arrived. We had to rent a hotel when we arrived because the place was still occupied. The next day we had to pay for a taxi to get to the place and nothing was done. I repeatedly tried to each the owner and he kept promising all would be done but nothing did. I left the place in the middle of the night when cockroaches started...
