We have stayed here a few times. First time gas fireplace didn’t work… got a $50 credit. That was fine. Room was great. Second trip was perfect no issues. 3rd stay we walk into the room and go to turn on the t. And the remote won’t work, staff came into the room and had to sink a new remote, they leave and the remote won’t work to change channels, staff brought up the other remote so we had to use 2 remotes. Then we get our dinner and we’re in our robes eating dinner and the power to the room goes out…. No one would answer the phone at the desk so my husband and I had to get dressed and go to front desk. We waited 10 min for someone to come help us, then were told please wait here while we check the breakers… sure enough it was breakers. We were told it shouldn’t happen again. By this time it’s 9:45pm… we were told the next morning that they would credit us $75 total as the gas fireplace was not working AGAIN. We did receive $50 but not the additional $25 and we were told next time we book to call direct snd they would “spoil” us on our next visit. We called a week later and booked for same night. We were not offered a discount at booking, we thought maybe they would have stuff in our room or a gift card or something. We received NOTHING. We will NOT be back. Horrible customer service.
