The condo was great. The owner provided everything one needs to enjoy the visit. There was a game room and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was nicely appointed with equipment and utensils. I would stay here again.

Amazing location for end of summer getaway

Great property in Lincoln NH. Close to everything we wanted to do (alpine adventure park, whales tale water park, mount Washington, and Santa’s village, to name a few of what we did). Owners are great to work with, very prompt with communication and friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway!

WOW! Amazing condo!!

What a great condo and location.....so close to the mountain!! It was perfect for our whole family and my son loved the walking path that is neaby, it is nice there is a playground too. All the updates in the condo were amazing and the beds were so comfortable!!!!! We slept so good. Being able to use the kitchen to cook our meals was handy and saved us a ton of money rather than having to eat out every night (though we do enjoy going to the Common Man as often as we can!). We will certianly be booking the condo again very soon!

Perfectly Positioned

I've rented from Joe multiple times. We go up as a family of 8 for Fall hiking. House easily accommodates the family. Fully equipped for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Perfectly positioned on the Kancamagus Hwy. Just few mins from Loon (shuttle provided in the winter for skiing) and just a couple of miles from the center. Joe is very responsive to any items and or questions. Looking forward to renting agiain in FY24!

Love, love, love this place!

We have been staying in this town house for several years now. The location is perfect as it is just a short drive to everything- shops, restaurants, hiking trails, the river and the ski slope. It's great to be able to bring our dog! The owner is always quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. There is always an upgrade of some kind also- new AC units in the living room/dining room area and the upstairs bedroom which work great! They added new blinds to the windows and last year a new big screen tv. It's well kept and always clean. Can't wait to go back!

Gorgeous, great location, spacious and clean.

Repeat renter. Love this townhouse! The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. This townhouse is spacious! Plenty of room for family and friends. Enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table. Beds were very comfortable. This townhouse has been updated with new kitchen and bathrooms which are beautiful! We loved having a washer and dryer available in the unit. The Playstation was equipped with many games and was located in the loft area so that kids could have their own space to play. Luckily this place was located at street level and we didn't have to deal with climbing stairs to get into the unit. Located very close to town which was super convenient. We couldn't figure out how to use surround sound so not sure if that is working. Large screen TV and 3 comfortable couches for plenty of seating in the living room was perfect. Looking forward to staying here next year!
