Come up to this 3 bedroom townhouse, where you will enjoy a view of Loon Mountain Ski Area, located just across the valley. Enter to the coat room to remove shoes and stow your gear, then on to the foyer. From the foyer head downstairs to find the laundry room, a full bath and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed; the other with two twin beds and a set of twin bunks. The level above the foyer hosts the main living level with living area (including TV and wood burning fireplace), dining area and kitchen as well as access to the deck with mountain views. The next floor up offers a sitting area with a higher privacy wall and plenty of books, while the upper-most floor holds the primary bedroom with queen bed, private bath and view down to the living area.
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.
Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning. This unit provides two parking spaces. This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at Dogs are no longer welcome in this unit. Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. (3 night minimum: MLK & Columbus Day wknd. 4 night minimum: Christmas & Presidents week, 7-night minimum in summer)

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this beautiful Lincoln condo. It very comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 7. It’s spacious and has a retro ski lodge feel. It had everything we needed. We went on a great hike to the flume which was about 10 minutes away, Santa’s village the next day which was an easy 50 minutes away, and a nice hike to Lincoln trail head the next day. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner which was much easier than taking the kids out to dinner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and we felt like we were at home. The views were stunning and parking was easy. My only complaint was that we got there at night so the lighting to get to the unit was not the easiest because the entrance to the condo was in the back and I had a little difficulty with getting the lock box open but the property manager got back to me within minutes even though it was around 10:30 at night. I had figured the lock box out by the time they called back. Other than that it was an absolutely perfect stay and we hope to come back next year. We were able to use the pool passes with our kids and we’re really impressed with the 4 hot tubs and 2 large pools. They also had an outdoor playground at the pool village and an arcade that my kids are hoping to get to next time. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your home with us.

A previous post mentioned the Keurig was not working. We discovered that you need to unplug then plug in the unit and it worked fine.Would love to rent this unit again.

I had a wonderful stay at Clearbrook 59-2 this past week! The townhouse was safe, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood (off-season) just outside of “downtown” Lincoln - great for exploring the White Mtn sights and getting some much-needed rest and relaxation. The views of Loon Mountain through the picture windows in the living room and primary bedroom were incredible. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with cookware, dishware, and utensils. I did a fair amount of cooking, so was glad to find all appliances were working and that a dish sponge, soap/detergent, and towels had been provided for cleanup. The washer and dryer downstairs were a God-send after a bunch of sweaty hikes in the woods, and enabled me to go home with mostly clean clothes. (The laundry detergent provided was a nice touch!) I took advantage of the mud room at the entrance of the house to store my hiking gear. There was painting equipment stored here but I assume it will be removed in time for ski season or before a bigger party stays here. The weather was gorgeous for early August, with 60-70 degree days and 40 degree nights, so no need for fans or A/C. I ran out of time to check out the community pools & hot tubs so can’t speak to those. Additionally, two things to note for prospective visitors: 1) This unit has a lot of stairs — if you cannot go up and down easily this is probably not the unit for you; 2) the reusable K-cup does not work in the Keurig. This was disappointing since I brought my own coffee and hate buying disposable plastic K-cups as it’s super wasteful. Suggest bringing your own pour-over coffee filter cone ($5 on Amazon) or patronizing a local coffee shop like the Moon Cafe instead. Overall, an excellent stay and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The stay was ok but the place was a bit overpriced. Also, the use swimming facilities was almost a mile away and you have to pay for towels. That was new for me. It was pretty warm in the house and no airconditioner seemed to be present. We managed it with the fans but didn't expect that there would be no airconditioners.

Love the location, hiking all around, nice little town, beautiful area. Condo was hot, no AC, wrong password for the wifi network, TV did not work, tired decor and furniture. BUT, the onsite staff were extremely responsive, timely, and kind. Linda, a gentleman fixit dude, and Haley were very helpful.
