We provide portable air conditioners in each bedroom to help keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. We also supply fans for additional airflow and comfort throughout the apartment.
Please note that in bedrooms without windows, a portable AC may not perform efficiently because it requires proper ventilation. In those rooms, we provide a high-quality air cooler or fan instead, ensuring every guest has a comfortable sleeping environment. We always equip each room with the cooling solution that works best for its layout, so you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

• Early check-in & luggage: We’re happy to offer early check-in whenever possible if there isn’t a check-out scheduled on your arrival day. Luggage drop-off is always available from 12:00 pm on your check-in day, and you may also leave your luggage with us until 2:00–3:00 pm on your check-out day. As we prepare the apartment for incoming guests, late check-out is not available. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to arrange early check-in or luggage storage.

• Historic Lisbon building: This apartment is located in a beautiful historic building that reflects Lisbon’s unique character and charm. While older buildings can occasionally require maintenance, our dedicated local team is always ready to respond quickly and resolve any issues as soon as possible, ensuring you have a comfortable stay.

• The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Lisbon building without an elevator. Access requires only a short flight of stairs, making it convenient for most guests while preserving the building's authentic historic character.
