Nestled in the heart of Alfama, this 65-square-meter duplex offers an authentic Lisbon experience. Alfama’s narrow streets, colorful facades, and lively atmosphere create the perfect setting for exploring the city's oldest neighborhood.

During June, the area comes alive with the vibrant Santos Populares festivities, filling the streets with music, laughter, and tradition. While this is an unforgettable experience, guests should expect some hustle and bustle during this time.

The Apartment

Compact and cozy, this duplex apartment is thoughtfully designed for couples or small families. Located on the ground floor of a traditional building without an elevator, it’s bright and welcoming, with windows overlooking the iconic streets of Alfama. Keep in mind that the proximity of neighboring buildings is part of Alfama’s charm, but it may mean less privacy.

The apartment has two double bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Located on the main floor, featuring a comfortable double bed.

Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine): A unique space accessed by steep, narrow stairs without a handrail. The low ceilings give it a cozy, tucked-away vibe, but it may not suit guests with mobility concerns.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and all essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon your departure, it is necessary to place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and storage of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs an advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
