This is the worse place to stay and i would give this negative stars if possible. I booked for 3 night and only stayed 1 (did not sleep at all! Very noisy!) And left immediately the next morning. I checked in at like 11pm and left at sunrise.
Place is dangerous, stair well is slippery and dark and unsafe. Very dark hallways, the place is extremely old. Stairs creak with every step and you can also hear every single person coming in and out of the building. The floor is unstable and uneven. The WHOLE apartment shakes violently all night due to train passing by nearly bridge. You will not be able to sleep. When we 1st stepped into the apartment, it reeked of sewers. I assume it was coming from the bathroom. We put down out suitcases after almost tripping and slipping many time and proceeded to the washroom to wash our hands - to then only find out the sink is backed up and drains very slowly. The shower is dirty and moldy. Doors wont close, broken. Shower floor is slippery.
The bedrooms and living room will not look like the pictures. The walls are old and dusty and has stains and discolorment to them... scary looking. Do not book unless you are into haunted houses or something. Very loud all night from the train, apartment shakes like it will break evertime the train passes by.
Sadly to top it off - the host was rude, dishonest and lacks morale and reasoning.
Wasted time and money - had to spend more money to stay elsewhere the rest of my stay in Lisbon - avoid at all cost!
