This bright and welcoming apartment combines comfort and functionality, creating a pleasant space to relax and feel at home.

Step into the cozy living room, where wicker furnishings and a vibrant red rug add warmth and character. Relax on the sofa while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or use the small desk as a convenient workspace. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first features a single bed and a practical clothes rack, making it ideal for a solo traveler. The second, more spacious bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and bedside tables, providing a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep. Both rooms benefit from large windows and plenty of natural light.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, essential cookware, and ample storage, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked meal. Granite countertops add a stylish and practical touch.

The compact bathroom features a refreshing shower and essential amenities for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the 1st floor. Please be aware there is no elevator in the building.


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


A charming and centrally located apartment in Lisbon, set in the heart of the lively Bairro Alto, one of the city’s most iconic historic neighborhoods. Guests can step outside and enjoy its traditional streets, local restaurants, cafés, bars, and authentic Lisbon atmosphere.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of Chiado, Praça Luís de Camões, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, the Santa Justa Lift, and the historic Baixa district. The picturesque streets of Cais do Sodré and the Tagus River are also nearby.

With its excellent central location, it’s an ideal base for exploring Lisbon’s historic neighborhoods, vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and cultural attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Calhariz (Bica), is approximately a 2–3 minute walk from the property, with connections to central Lisbon and surrounding areas.

The nearest metro station, Cais do Sodré, is approximately a 10-minute walk away, providing access to the Green Line and connections across Lisbon.

Rossio Train Station is approximately a 12–15 minute walk from the property, offering connections to Sintra and other destinations.

Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
