Marquês de Pombal Square, often simply referred to as "Marquês," is one of Lisbon's major landmarks and a bustling area located at the north end of Avenida da Liberdade, one of the city's main boulevards. The square is named after Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo, the Marquês de Pombal, a key figure in Portugal's history during the 18th century.

The square also features well-maintained green spaces and gardens with pathways, benches, and trees. It's a popular place for a stroll or a moment of relaxation.

The square is a central transportation hub, serving as a major interchange for buses, the Lisbon Metro (Blue and Yellow lines), and the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus tours.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no free parking available at this property.
The nearest bus stop is Hosp. Sto. António Capuchos, a 2-minute walk.
The nearest subway station is Avenida, a 12-minute walk.
The nearest train station is Rossio, a 20-minute walk.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
