Nous avons ADORÉ !!! Sejour de filles: ma soeur et moi. Emplacement merveilleux pour visiter Lisbonne. Très propre et très très grand comme appartement. Je vous le recommande sans aucune hésitation!!!!

the apartment was really nice and in one of the most photographed buildings and squares in Lisbon. excellent podition for sight seeing and shopping. the staff were even better. Caterina and Vera were very helpful and knowledgeable. Caterina even posted my postcards! Thank you for such a memorable amazing holiday in your beautiful city.

The apartment was ideal for us as a family of four. It was spacious and bright and the kids had full size single mattresses to sleep on rather than having to share a typical fold out sofa bed. The decor is modern and stylish and the apartment is really well equipped. The staff are really friendly and the WhatsApp communications are very responsive. The location is perfect for both sightseeing and getting to and from the airport. It was a bit noisy during the night at points but it's a city centre location so you have to expect that. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Lisbon! The apartment was spacious and was very comfortable for a family of 4. The historic building is beautiful. The communication was outstanding. All of my questions were answered quickly. They have secure space to store your luggage, and they were even able to get us in our apartment a little early! The location is perfect. The Rossio train and metro stations are steps away, as are many bakeries and restaurants, and Alfalma is easily walkable. Don’t think twice about it—just stay here when visiting Lisbon!

Great location, very convenient. Close to everything. Nice size apartment with all the necessities. Shower had very good pressure and always had hot water. Beds were comfy. Staff was wonderful, especially Caterina. She made sure we were taken care of. Only thing we were a little unlucky with was guest above. They were extremely heavy footed and their kid ran around a lot.

This was a lovely accommodation. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom is large with a rainfall shower. The living space and bedroom area are beautifully decorated. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a kitchenette and dishes. It was in a great and safe location with an abundance of options of restaurants and transportation. There is an elevator. There is construction going on directly across from this room and you can hear the night life from the living room, but it’s really a great place to stay despite the noise.

Lovely apartment, centrally located, many restaurant options around. Great for guests with no car. Their recommended parking is not close and closes one is pricey. I will definitely stay there again!

Central location, clean, great with kids
This place is 10/10. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had two kids with us so the kitchen and laundry were a huge bonus. The location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of great sites and close to the metro and train lines for sites further away. We will certainly stay here next time we are in Lisbon. Last, but not least, the staff is great. So friendly, great communication, accommodating. Wonderful stay!

We travel a lot around the world and stay at lots of different kinds of places, but I will say we were very impressed in every category with Residentas Arco do Bandeira. First of all and a super important thing is communication, Vera was incredibly good at making sure everything was in place for prior to our arrival. She was very thorough and so pleasant to interact with. Other great things, the space is perfect for a family with lots of great amenities. The location is central to lots of restaurants and the main points of interest in downtown Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again.
