We had an incredible stay at Ana’s property for our family vacation and wedding trip. Ana was the perfect host—extremely responsive, accommodating, and never once made us feel like a burden, no matter how many questions we asked. Before the trip, she was instrumental in helping us organize accommodations for 12 people so we could all stay together as a family. She was also very understanding when we needed to adjust payments with multiple credit cards. Her experience working with people and her kindness truly stood out.
As for the house, it was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh, soft, and high-quality. The towels were also great, and when we requested additional ones, they were delivered within 12 hours—impressive!
The location in Alfama is both amazing and convenient, though the hills are steep, which is just part of the charm of the area. Our group, ranging in age from 30 to 74, managed the terrain just fine.
Overall, our stay in Alfama was spectacular, and both Ana and her beautiful property are absolute gems. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
