« The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. »

« This vacation rental definitely met our needs for a 3-day stay visiting the Golden Isles and Brunswick. It was easy to find and access. The townhouse was exceptionally clean. Beds had firm mattresses but comfortable. We enjoyed two great restaurants on Saint Simons Island: the Crab Trap and Barbara Jean's. Also, Grandy's nearby had a great breakfast buffet {including those delicious cinnamon rolls!!!), at a very reasonable price. Our only suggestions are that more dining utensils are needed in...

« originally listed as 2 bedroom, stand alone unit, dishwasher, oven, luxury, 4 bicyclesin fact, one bedroom with ajoining unit and thin walls, no dishwasher, no oven, horrible appliances, far from luxury, no bicycles.The friendly host was willing to reimburse for small purchases such as a bike rental and new appliances in kitchen- but for the price, my expectation was that ithis all be in place. Great location and a spacious 1 bedroom but not sadly no dishwasher, oven or the standard I am used...
